Survey Reveals Job Dissatisfaction Among German Women

A recent survey in Germany showed that 12% of men are ready to change jobs. The research was conducted on the initiative of the German electronic platform "Zing", which involved more than 3400 working adults in Germany.

According to the survey results, the readiness of Germans to change their positions has practically not changed compared to last year. 36% of respondents stated that they are open to collaboration with another employer or are specifically considering leaving their workplaces (in 2024 this figure was 37%).

It is interesting to note that women looking to change jobs more often cite job load as the primary reason for this desire – 44%, whereas among men this percentage amounted to 30%.

Another survey showed that women in Germany feel less satisfied with their work than men. According to data from the "Forsa" institute, around 20% of employed women rated their work as average or absolutely unsatisfactory.
