Between the beginning of this year in Germany, the unemployment rate has risen, although the increase in the number of unemployed was less than expected. The global crisis in the labor market is affecting even the largest economy of the continent.
According to the report of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Germany, the number of unemployed in the country increased insignificantly in January – by 41,000 people, which turned out to be lower than the forecasts of analysts.
"Although the slight increase in the unemployment rate is not catastrophic, it still indicates a complicated economic situation in Germany," experts note.
