In the town of Köln, Germany, an incident occurred in which a man bit off a piece of ear from a police officer during a street dispute. The police of Germany reported yesterday that a 26-year-old police officer was about to carry out an operation. A man, aged 40, initially struck a passerby with a key in the lobe, then began aggressively addressing the police officer called to the scene. The police had to use an electric stun gun to subdue the man, and when this did not yield results, several officers were forced to take him to the ground.

The man bit off part of the ear of the police officer and attacked other law enforcement officers, resulting in three of them receiving injuries. The man has been detained and is expected to appear before a criminal court judge.
