At the international conference "Fortinet Accelerate25", which concluded yesterday in Berlin, Sharjah Electric, Water Authority and Gas participated through their information technology and communications department, as well as the internal audit department, risk assessment, and risk management. The conference discussed the growing challenges in the field of cybersecurity and proposed innovative solutions to support secure digital transformation.

The events were important for Sharjah, as they underpin its commitment to follow the latest trends in the field of information technologies and cybersecurity, as well as improve its digital capabilities. The representatives from Sharjah included Fatima Ali Asgar, acting director of information technologies and communications department, and Asmaa Yousuf Al-Hosni, director of risk management department, compliance and internal audit management and risk assessment.
