An authoritative source from NATO member states - Germany - has unveiled a new maritime command center in the Baltic Sea on Monday. The center will be located in the city of Rostock and is one of several new facilities intended to strengthen NATO's presence in this region. In the context of the center's opening, Vice Admiral of the German Navy remarked: "The center will become an important element in ensuring safety and strengthening cooperation in the Baltic Sea region."
