On Thursday, the German Chancellor warned that negotiations could lead to the victory of Russia and 'catastrophe' for Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Thursday that Ukraine would not accept any bilateral agreements about its fate that are reached between Moscow and Washington without Kyiv's participation.
'We do not accept decisions in the world about our future without our own participation,' Zelensky said.
